2. Payment Terms

All services rendered by Landscapers Wandsworth must be compensated as per the agreed-upon schedule. Payments are due within 30 days of invoice receipt unless otherwise specified.

2.1 Fees and Charges

Service Fees: Based on the scope and complexity of the project.
Additional Charges: May apply for extra work not included in the initial agreement.

3. Cancellation Policy

Clients may cancel services with a minimum of 48 hours' notice. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 10% of the total service cost.

3.1 Refunds

Refunds are processed for services not rendered up to the cancellation date.
No refunds for services already completed or in progress.

4. Client Responsibilities

Clients are expected to provide access to the property and ensure that the work area is safe and free from hazards. Any pre-existing issues or damages should be reported before work commences.

4.1 Property Access

Ensure all necessary permissions and access rights are granted.
Provide secure storage for valuable items during service periods.

5. Liability

Landscapers Wandsworth strives to provide high-quality services. However, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential damages arising from our services. Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for the services rendered.

5.1 Insurance

We carry comprehensive liability insurance to cover potential on-site accidents.
Clients are advised to verify their own property insurance policies.

6. Intellectual Property

All designs, plans, and materials created by Landscapers Wandsworth remain the intellectual property of the company. Clients may not reproduce or distribute these materials without explicit written consent.

6.1 Use of Materials

Materials provided for personal use only.
Commercial use requires a separate licensing agreement.

7. Changes to Terms

Landscapers Wandsworth reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of significant changes, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law

Efforts will be made to resume services as soon as possible.

11. Confidentiality

We comply with relevant data protection laws to secure client information.
Clients have the right to access and request deletion of their data.

12. Severability

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, the remaining provisions will continue to be in full force and effect.

13. Entire Agreement
